Hike on the AT Nov 28 2010

A hike along the Appalachian Trail. Unfortunately due to poor planning on my part, a 6 mile hike turned into a 10 mile hike. Aylin had a lot of trouble with her feet also.

It was a beautiful 40 deg day tho.

 

Hike with AMC Nov 14th

My first AMC hike! 19 people!!! A nice 10 miler.

49 miles in the last seven days!

Average of seven miles a day. 

Icing Feet -- brrr

Icing my feet to see if it will help with the plantar fasciitis.
Seems to help with the pain at least -- a hopeful sign.

I need to learn how to tape for it as well.

I've managed to find some AMC trips that look promising. Hurray!

A rough time
